I managed top talent, produced TV shows and movies, and ran production companies at CBS, ABC, and 20th Century Fox. My partners and clients include producers, television creators, writers, and directors of movies from ELF to the Marvel Universe, and shows from CSI to MODERN FAMILY. As a certified executive coach at Created by… Leadership Group, I marry my passion and skill for leadership and career development with professional processes that impact the performance and productivity of leaders from all walks of life. I work one-on-one with executives ranging from the C-Suite to senior management, business owners, solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, and team leaders. As a highly regarded coach, consultant, screenwriter, and film and tv producer, and educator, David Kline has over three decades of experience helping CEOs, senior leaders, organizations, television showrunners and directors write the story of their success. Current clients include Ford Motor Company, Zillow Real Estate, Illumination animation studio, Los Angeles Business Council. Uniquely trained in a storytelling methodology taught to creative artists, he now consults and coaches senior executive leadership via an offering of “whole-person” executive coaching to write the story of their success. David is an ICF certified executive coach, an Institute of Coaching (IOC) Fellow at McLean Hospital a Harvard University Affiliate, and Enneagram facilitator. He earned his bachelors degree from Tulane University, graduate screenwriting work at UCLA and Loyola Marymount and coaching credentials from the Center of Executive Coaching (CEC) and Coach Training Alliance (CTA) . He lives in Laurel Canyon with his wife and two daughters.
Malaya Kline is a certified Coach to executives and professionals across a range of industries. From the financial tech industry to academia, from small startups to corporate officers to founders, she helps professionals reach their unique visions for their lives. She tailors a program of strategic leadership mindset, mindfulness and core values awareness for each client and incorporates connected collaboration to help clients towards their goals. Malaya is also a Master Health and Wellness Coach and Neurodiversity Coach. She creates custom coaching programs to motivate and guide individuals to their very best selves in Health and Wellness and/or in their professional life. She also specializes in ADHD Coaching and Executive Function Coaching for adults and children with ADHA and other neurodevelopmental disorders. She holds her bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College, her Master of Arts, and a Master Health and Wellness Coach certification from the Dr Sears Wellness Institute. She also holds a certification in Transformational Life Coaching from CaPP Institute and in Neurodiverse Learners from the JST Institute.
